The Court Postpones DTP’s Closure Defense

Due to Democratic Society Party’s (DTP) busy schedule, the Constitutional Court postpones DTP’s oral defense to September 16.

Taking into consideration the busy schedule of the Democratic Society Party (DTP), the Constitutional Court replied positively to their request for extra time and postponed DTP’s oral defense in the closure case to September 16.

According to the announcement by the Constitutional Court, the oral defense will be at 10 in the morning on September 16. The initial oral defense date was on Thursday, June 26.

The court will hear the Supreme Court Chief Prosecutor Yalçınkaya’s oral explanation regarding why the DTP  should be closed at 10 in the morning on Tuesday, June 24. (TK/EZÖ/TB)
